This is the last week that you will be able to view my paintings that were accepted into the WiVLA (Women in Visual and Literary Arts) Juried Exhibit: Expansion. The exhibit runs September 1 - November 11 at POST, 401 Franklin St, Houston,TX in the Z Atrium, L1Lobby. Hours are Sun-Wed [11 am - 9 pm] and Thu-Sat [11 am - 10 pm].

View the exhibit and then head on upstairs to see Walkin’ in a Winter Wonderlawn!! 🎄❄️ POST has joined the Downtown Holiday Lights Celebration. Skylawn, our 5 acre rooftop park, will be decked out in beautifully illuminated lights and decor. Experience 100,000’s of lights, a 25ft Christmas Tree, and multiple holiday themed activations on Skylawn with the best view of Houston’s skyline as the backdrop. Winter Wonderlawn launches Saturday Nov 4th and will be active until Jan 14th.

I’m excited to announce that you can now see some of my work at a new location! Space City Treasure has opened up a brand new gallery inside the Manvel Mansion and I had the privilege of working with a fantastic group of artists to hang the first show there. I love this group of artists and the way everyone problem solved and fully supported each other for this very first exhibit. The Manvel Mansion is located at 11800 Magnolia Pkwy, Manvel, TX, just a couple of minutes away from Pearland. During business hours you can walk through the expansive hallways to view the art of Shirley Beyer, Brenda Bowman, Susan Salter and Stan Beyer. Put it on your list of must-dos if you’re in the area!

Keeping them fed.
It’s holiday season and so many things are already asking for my focus. I am entering this time of year with the mindset of paring things down, both personally and professionally. I’m craving simplicity and am feeling some clarity as I let some demands and obligations go. My holiday decor, plans and definitely the food I prepare will reflect this as well. I don’t have a recipe for you today, just my intention. If you are longing for abundance or simplicity this season, I hope that you pursue and receive it with a full heart.
